STORE POLICY

"Comfort In Style" Furniture, Inc. wants to make sure that you have the best shopping experience at our store. In order to ensure quality service, we ask our representatives to review the store policy and delivery capabilities with every customer carefully and thoroughly. When you purchase an item from "Comfort In Style" Furniture, Inc. you are protected by the policies governed by the store.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept: All major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and cash.

According to the store refund policy, we request at least 40% deposit at the time of placing your order. Your deposit can be made by any of the above-listed methods. When your order will arrive to the store, we will notify you by phone and delivery will be made on the same day unless scheduled otherwise. You must pay the outstanding balance before we send our truck out for delivery. Please note that we DO NOT accept personal checks at the time of delivery to your premises (CASH or CHARGE ONLY).

DELIVERY and ASSEMBLING

In-stock merchandise is normally delivered within 2-3 weeks; special order merchandise-in 3-4 months. All dates are approximate and subject to change. To confirm the delivery date, please contact our store representatives at 781-598-5559.

Our delivery and assembling charges vary depending on two factors: distance and amount of work in terms of assembling of furniture. North Shore area, including but not limited to, Lynn, Swampscott, Marblehead, Salem, Peabody, and Danvers - $85.00+
Greater Boston area, including but not limited to, Brookline, Brighton, Newton, Natick, and Framingham - $100.00+
For all other areas and states additional charges may apply. Please inquire about it at the time of ordering.

Any person who is receiving the merchandise MUST inspect all items for damage at the time of the delivery.

The store will replace any damaged merchandise, which is currently available in stock, in a timely manner. If the merchandise is out of stock, please confirm the date and time of next delivery with our staff.

If any damage was done to or found on the items purchased at our store after our official store representative(s) had left your premises, the store will not be responsible for it in any way.
By signing the Delivery Slip, which is presented to you at the time of delivery or pick up, you are confirming that no damage was found and you are completely satisfied with your purchase as well as our customer service; thus, holding our store free of any further obligations to replace or refund your purchase.

WARRANTY

The warranty may vary due to different types and quality of material used for each particular piece. When you are purchasing any item at our store, please ask our representative about the warranty for each merchandise in particular. Our representatives are not obligated to provide the customers with any guarantee unless the customer requests it. You may ask for a written copy of such warranty if such a need arises. "Comfort In Style" Furniture, Inc. sells quality furniture, which is well-made and meant to last for long period of time. Therefore, we are not responsible for any misuse and/or abuse of merchandise purchased at the store.

REFUND POLICY

“Comfort In Style: Furniture, Inc. will issue a full refund if: MERCHANDISE WAS DISCONTINUED or CANCELLATION WAS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE DATE THE ORDER WAS PLACED.

A DEPOSIT MUST BE AT LEAST 40% OF TOTAL SALE PRICE (excluding sales tax and delivery charges);

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS AND FLOOR MODELS;

ORDER CANCELLATION DUE TO “NO FIT” ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE UNLESS THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO EXCHANGE THE MERCHANDISE FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

"FINAL SALE" items. These items have been considerably reduced and in order to provide you with these savings we cannot accept returns on these items. Where you see FINAL SALE message appears next to the product on our website or written down on your sales receipt, please be aware that you will not be able to return the item unless you received it damaged or defective. NO CASH REFUNDS


ATTENTION:
If you put the purchased merchandise on LAY-A-WAY, we can keep it in our storage for up to three (3) months from the date of purchase FREE of COST to you. However, should you decide, for whatever reason, to store your order for a longer period of time, you will be charged $10.00 per day for any extra days.

For your convenience, “Comfort In Style” Furniture, Inc. has provided you with STORE/REFUND POLICY. As a consumer, you have a right to read and inquire about it. Should you decide NOT to review the information provided to you by the store, “Comfort In Style” Furniture, Inc. reserves its right to assume that you, the consumer, had read and understood the POLICY.
